Welcome to Preview Shoes PH! Here’s everything you need to know about orders, payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and paid, it can no longer be canceled since processing begins immediately.

 

Tip: Always double-check your size, color, and details before confirming your purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We offer several secure and convenient payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Payments:

  • QR Ph

3. How long does shipping take?

You can expect your order to arrive according to the schedule below:

4. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes, but under specific conditions:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit.

  • Cash refunds are only given if:

  • The item is defective beyond process

  • The item was out of stock after payment

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Can I exchange my item?

Absolutely! You can request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • You request the exchange within 3 days of delivery

  • Valid reasons include:

  • Wrong item shipped (style, color, or size)

  • Damaged item

  • Change to another size

Note: For color changes or switching to a different style, approval is subject to review and stock availability.

7. How do I request an exchange or processing?

1. Message us via our Website Chat Inbox

2. Send the following details:

  • Name

  • Order Number

  • Item Name

  • Reason for Exchange/Processing

  • Item you want to exchange to

  • Clear photos of the item from all angles

3. Wait for our confirmation within 24–48 hours.

4. Once approved, ship the item back within 3 days and send us the proof of pick-up.

Important: For missing items, we require an unboxing video as proof.

8. How long does the exchange or processing take?

  • Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship out your replacement right away.

  • Processing: Usually takes 2–3 weeks depending on the issue.

9. How accurate are the product colors and sizes?

We do our best to display product details and colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
