RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase! Here’s a quick guide to our return, exchange, and repair process:

1. Order Cancellations

Once the order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled, as processing begins immediately.

  • Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit.

  • Cash refunds are only allowed if:

  • The item is defective beyond repair

  • The item was out of stock but listed as available.

  • Special arrangements are agreed upon with Preview Shoes PH

2. Exchanges

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Requests beyond 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Wrong item shipped (style/color/size)

  • Damaged item

  • Change to another size

  • Note: Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. Preview Shoes reserves the right to accept or decline any return or exchange request if it does not meet our policy conditions.

  • If the item was delivered correctly but you wish to return or exchange it due to change of mind or wrong size, the customer will shoulder:

  • Return & Reshipping fee (varies depending on location)

  • Make sure the item is unused, with the Tags and labels intact.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Repair

1. Message us via our Website Chat Inbox.

2. Send the following details plus clear photos of the item:

  • Name

  • Order Number

  • Item Name

  • Reason for Exchange/Repair

  • Item you want to exchange to

3. Wait for our confirmation (within 24–48 hours).

4. Once approved, ship the item back within 3 days and send us the proof of pick-up.

Important: Missing items require an unboxing video as proof.

4. Processing Time

  • Replacement item: Shipped once we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Repairs: Usually take 2–3 weeks (case-by-case basis)
